EXPERIENCE

I'm a firefighter (now retired) by profession and a builder by trade. When not at the fire station, you would find me working on a range of residential and commercial projects including home and business remodels, custom and spec-home builds, storage facilities, RV park & camper storages , and convenience store and restaurants. I now work solely as a professional home inspector.

EDUCATION

While workings as a custom home builder, I achieved numerous advanced certifications from the National Association of Home Builders, including Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Builder.

I obtained the highest level of inspector license available in Texas and am licensed as a Professional Real Estate Inspector. I’m a member of InterNACHI and hold an advanced designation as Certified Professional Inspector.

ETHICS

With my in-depth knowledge of the construction process, I ensure a thorough and detailed inspection of every property I review. All home inspections include Ziplevel foundation measurements, Infrared Thermal Imaging, and Drone Images, which assist in a comprehensive and accurate report.

Having served the community as a firefighter and paramedic, I now continue to give back by offering thorough and insightful inspections, making me a valuable resource for those navigating the home-buying process.
